Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return or Cancellation

You can exercise your right of withdrawal or request a return directly through your account at https://account.yut.lv. Select your order and follow the steps to submit a request. You will receive a confirmation by email once your request is received.

Damages

If you received a damaged product, please contact us at hello@everylittlething.lv.

Return Shipping 

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, including the cost of standard outbound shipping. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@everylittlething.lv.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal 

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673.
